Hughenden Rugby 7's - Saturday 25th July 2026

Due to high demand - registrations will be staged in the following order:

8th April 2026 - Flinders Shire teams able to register.

15th April 2026 - All regional teams west of the Great Dividing Range able to register.

22nd April 2026 - Registrations to all teams open

Please note that to be considered a regional team, at least half the players in the team must reside in a regional town.

Download & fill in team registration form with a maximum of 12 players, plus management positions.
Submit team registration once registration opens. *

You are not guaranteed a spot until the registration form is completed along with payment.

Register you team on RUGBY XPLORER
Log in to Rugby Xplorer and register your team to the 'Hughenden Rugby 7s 2026' carnival.

Once your team has been registered, each individual player on your team will need to create an account/log in to Rugby Xplorer and register themselves as a player to your team.

Attention!

All players MUST have registered as a player on Rugby Xplorer by the 23rd July otherwise they are not permitted to compete in the carnival.

Have your entire team registered on Rugby Xplorer by 23rd July to avoid losing your spot in the carnival line up.
All players and managers to arrive at Hughenden Showgrounds by 7:30am on morning of carnival for referees address.
