Welcome to Hughenden Rugby 7s


- 24th & 25th July 2026 -

This is an annual competition open to all communities wanting to compete in a social Rugby Union competition in Hughenden, North Queensland. 

Get together a group of mates and road trip to Hughenden for a action packed weekend of Rugby & Parties. No experience is required, just people willing to have a bit of fun and a trophy for one lucky team. Let’s get a bit of healthy rivalry happening between our communities!

2026 Carnival - 24th & 25th July 2026

Friday 6pm: Meet & Greet at the Show Grounds, Hughenden.

Saturday 8am (TBC): Games commence at the Flinders Sports Reserve! To be followed immediately after by Ceremony and Celebrations afterwards at Flinders Sports Reserve.

Sunday 8am: Recovery Breakfast available.
