This is an annual competition open to all communities wanting to compete in a social Rugby Union competition in Hughenden, North Queensland. Get together a group of mates and road trip to Hughenden for a action packed weekend of Rugby & Parties. No experience is required, just people willing to have a bit of fun and a trophy for one lucky team. Let’s get a bit of healthy rivalry happening between our communities.more

Thank you to Ed Jenkins who travelled a great distance to support the 2018 carnival!
Ed Jenkins is the most capped Australian Men's Sevens player of all time with 52 tournaments spanning over a decade with the sport. Ed has competed in two Rugby World Cup Sevens campaigns and won a silver medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. He added to his Commonwealth Games medal collection in Glasgow, picking up a Bronze medal where he was Captain. He was also captain of the Australian team that played at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
Jenkins continued to add to this accolades in 2017, with the Hong Kong leg of the World Series Circuit allowing him to reach 50 Aussie Sevens Caps, the first player in Australian Sevens history to reach that milestone. He is Australia’s highest all time try scorer with a total of 109 tries to his name.
